Pikachu-Colored Pichu to be distributed via Wi-Fi
Players of the North American and PAL versions of Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum will be able to download the special Pikachu-colored Pichu from the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection from March 5 until March 26.

ということで、受け取りました。
北米、ヨーロッパ各国で配布の、ピカチュウカラーのピチュー。
親はSPR2010。
2010春って意味かな？海外配布ポケモンを初めてゲットしました。
